- Creating type groupsType groups are several of your types, grouped under a single name. Type groups can be used to easily apply costs, discounts or auto-emails to several of your types at once. Type groups are also useful for your statistics.
- Unique selling points vs. amenities
- Allowing same-day reservationsFor each type, set whether you want to allow reservations to be made on the same day as the check-in. By accepting reservations until the date of arrival, it is possible to boost revenue.
- Creating a floor plan for typesA floor plan gives a structured room-by-room overview of your type and the amenities within each room. Integration partners (like OTAs) use this structured data to improve search filter accuracy, and give guests clear expectations.
- Archiving a typeYou remove an unused type from your system by archiving it. Deleting it entirely is not possible due to past reservations that are linked to this type.
- How to ensure types are bookable onlineFor any of your types to become available for booking online through your own website, it must meet certain requirements. It must have several photos, be connected to a filled price list, and at least one active object must be connected to it. For additional emphasis, use the highlighting priority setting of the type.
