Individual places available for rent
- Creating a new objectHow to create a new object for an existing type
- Editing object setupsThe object setup is the combination of type, pet status, and object-specific amenities. These are the object settings that often influence pricing when changed; planning these changes in a new object setup helps you ensure that bookings will continue to be priced correctly.
- Setting priorities per objectPer object, you can decide its priority - high, medium or low - in terms of new reservations. This priority can affect how reservations are distributed across your objects and planboard.
- What is a cluster and how to create oneA cluster is a combination of two (or more) existing objects, rented out together as a single unit. Clusters make it easy to rent objects out both separately and together.
- Object labelsAn object label can quickly highlight features or amenities of a property. Use them to filter objects in the planboard, or to create custom overviews for exports.
- Adding an energy label to an objectIn BEX PMS, you can provide each of your objects with an energy label. This information is shown to your guests when booking through your website.
- Remove an object from active rentYou can make an object unavailable for rent without permanently deleting it. This allows you to temporarily or indefinitely pause rentals. To do this, you must first prevent future reservations and then let the object setup expire.
- Deleting an objectTo permanently delete an object, either select one or more objects from the overview and click the 'Delete' button, or open an individual object and use the 'Archive' button. However, there are a few requirements before this is possible.
