- Review formsYou can send a review form to every guest after their stay. You can compose this review form yourself, optionally per segment.
- Importing reviews into PMSReviews in PMS are used to track guest satisfaction and can be displayed on your CMS website. When you're just getting started with BEX, importing reviews can help you continue where you left off with your previous system.
- Managing received reviewsAll reviews left by guests are gathered in an overview, where you can see the scores and reply to them individually if needed. In this overview you can also decide whether a review should be available for display on your website.
- Statistics of reviewsAll numerical scores that you use in your review forms can be comprehensively viewed as review statistics.
