- Getting started with the guest portalVia BEX PMS, you can set up a guest portal. This is a personal page linked to a reservation, where guests can log in. Widgets can be added to this page, to offer your guests additional services and upgrades and possibly generate extra revenue.
- Guest portal settingsWith your guest portal settings, you determine what is available to your guests in their personal guest portal.
- Adding widgets to the guest portalIn the Guest portal, you can offer your guests various options or functions through widgets. There are some standard widgets, and you can easily create widgets yourself. Guest technology app services may also be offered via such a widget.
