PMS Financials Creating invoices in bulk for bookings with uninvoiced changes — Users can now select multiple bookings with uninvoiced changes and generate invoices simultaneously. The updated overview includes dedicated filters for debtor types, channels, and reservation labels. #36331

PMS Guest Portal Guest portal now prompts channel bookers for contact details — Bookers arriving from external channels without an email address are now prompted to enter their details. The system sends a secure verification link to grant access to the guest portal. #29831

PMS Setup Amenity editors now display selected amenities as interactive badges — Users can now view all active amenities in one place above category tabs. Selecting a badge opens its group, while the close icon removes it. #39107

App store New app: Abacus Connector (available for Switzerland) — The Abacus Connector app automatically creates Abacus import files for bookings. With a single click, data is exported from Booking Experts and converted into Abacus files.

• PMS Owners Owner imports and exports now include secondary address lines and business registration numbers — Owner import and export files now support secondary address lines and business registration numbers for primary contacts. You no longer need to enter these details manually after importing owner records. #39195

• PMS Setup Park map configuration preserves sidebar layout width and displays object details — The configuration sidebar maintains a fixed width and wraps long titles onto multiple lines. Users can expand the mapped objects list to inspect configured units, view rental statuses, identify clusters, and click directly into object settings. #39568

• PMS Setup Object show pages now display recent actions in a dedicated card — Recent actions have moved from the sidebar into a standardized card at the bottom of the page. Users can also select a link to view the complete action history. #39725

• CMS Canonical and x-default links no longer include trailing slashes — BEX CMS now removes trailing slashes from canonical and x-default links on localized websites. This matches direct page URLs and prevents unnecessary redirects for search engine crawlers. #33623

• INT Accounting, INT App Store Accounting integrations no longer require journal mapping for unsupported systems — Users can now configure accounting integrations like Visma eAccounting and QuickBooks without journal mapping errors. The system automatically bypasses journal selection for platforms that do not require it. #39696

This integration enables automatic electricity and water meter readings alongside per-pitch switching without extra on-site infrastructure. Gatecloud connects with Booking Experts to match reservation license plates with barrier access, granting entrance automatically for the exact stay dates. Including the option for an automatic check-in. Gatecloud bridge keeps the system working even when the internet drops, and works with existing barriers and license plate cameras.

iiQ-Check automated review management

With iiQ-Check, you can automate guest surveys and streamline review management. Users can continue working across the system while the booking processes. Once the task finishes, click the view button in the task notification to open the booking details. #35846

• PMS Bookings Reservations with preferred amenities now display dedicated preference icons — You can now easily identify bookings made with specific amenity preferences. Dedicated icons show whether a reservation includes requested amenities or a fixed accommodation. #37586

• PMS Bookings Manually synchronize CAT-Lock cards for upcoming reservations — Users can now manually synchronize CAT-Lock cards for confirmed future reservations created after installing the integration. The background process generates missing access cards in batches before guest arrival. #39612

• INT Distribution Airbnb integration now supports temporary masked phone numbers — The integration now accommodates masked contact details and empty phone records from Airbnb. Incoming reservations continue syncing without interruption. #39747

• PMS Measurements Utility unit prices now support exact decimal values across settlements — Owner settlements and utility overviews now preserve unit prices beyond two decimal places. This ensures accurate invoice calculations without triggering false outdated status warnings. #39468

• PMS Setup View past and future setup details directly on 'not for rent' objects tab — Users can now see whether there is a past or future object setup for any object that is currently not active, directly on the 'not for rent' tab of the objects index. • PMS New phone number input format with country codes throughout PMS — Forms asking for contact details use a new telephone input method, allowing users to enter phone numbers in international format. #38833

• PMS Checkout Portal Checkout now uses inline checkboxes for stay-related marketing consent — Guests now manage stay-related marketing consent through a standard checkout checkbox instead of a pop-up modal. Organizations can configure whether the checkbox is pre-selected by default. #39482

• PMS Checkout Portal Checkout now clarifies where guests redeem vouchers — A descriptive note now appears beneath the voucher field during checkout. It directs guests with vouchers to enter their code in the correct field during the payment step. #39386

• INT Access Control Salto KS integration now supports remote unlocking without manual passcode for updated access points — The integration automatically detects the software version of connected Salto KS access points. Locks connected to updated hardware now unlock directly, without requiring manual passcode verification during initial setup. #38843
