- BEX Payments: installation & settingsBEX Payments is a fully integrated payment provider that lets you receive online and in-person payments. BEX Payments has been developed by Booking Experts in collaboration with Mollie. Security, stability and reliability are guaranteed, and all card data is stored encrypted according to the international security standard PCI-DSS.
- Setting up VAT ratesIn BEX PMS, you can set up the VAT rates relevant to you. These can be linked to ledger accounts, making them applicable to all cost items (products and services) registered on that ledger account.

- Setting up payment policiesIn a payment policy, you determine which portion of total invoice is due when, and which payment term applies. It is possible to set up multiple payment policies for different purposes.
- Receiving paymentsPayments can be received via the online payment provider, via a manual bank transfer, or at the reception register via a cash payment or card payment.
- Setting up e-invoicingUse BEX E-invoicing to be able to send e-invoices to business guests and corporate owners. Depending on the country in which you operate, this may be legally required.
