Runnr.ai is an AI-powered guest assistant for holiday parks that automates communication and improves guest satisfaction.

How to install the app?

Go to the 'Available apps' index, and use the search bar to find the Runnr.ai app. Click the 'Install app' button.

This app connects Booking Experts with Runnr.ai, but does not offer direct management options. The details of the integration need to be aligned with Runnr.ai.

If the connection between Booking Experts and Runnr.ai needs to be updated or refreshed, you may need to re-authorize the app.

  1. Go to your overview of installed apps, either by clicking the App Store icon in the PMS administration view, or by opening the Apps module directly from the PMS organization view.

  2. Find and open the Runnr.ai app.

  3. Click the ellipsis button in the top right of your screen, and select 'Authorize again'
